This one is not for the faint of heart... practice using the seat
at a lower level at first. Do not drop from full-height on your
first try ... you'll scream!
Kneel in such as way that your balls are sitting on top of the
porcelain rim... lift the seat about 1-2 inches and drop... intense
pain can be generated one of two ways ... either continue to lift
& drop for a set number of times or add another inch and drop
until you have arrived at a happy medium.
